It’s an absolute pleasure to stock the fabulous Greywacke Sauvignon, produced by Cloudy Bay’s Kevin Judd. Kevin clearly has a great affinity for making world-class Sauvignon, because this is another show-stopper.
Named after the region’s greywacke river stones, this is elegant, restrained and beautifully textured Sauvignon Blanc. Classic passionfruit aromas are the first to emerge, followed by a little white peach and crisp pear. The palate is generous yet refreshing, layered with elderflower and hints of citrus blossom. Beautiful!
